This week on Marlborough 3.6

Happy Friday! Apologies for the lack of posts lately - a flu-like virus unfortunately had me laying horizontal for most of last week. This winter is really kicking my butt! I started to feel a little bit better by Saturday, but still opted to stay inside and chill in the lodge while josh and friends hit the trails at Sugarbush last weekend. It was actually nice sitting inside by the fire all day with a hot cocoa in hand. I caught up on lots of emails, watched skiers weave down the sunny mountain, and finally sifted through all of those thick bridal magazines that I get in the mail. I wasn't out on the slopes, but it was a cozy day on the mountain nonetheless. Plus, we were able to catch some of the prettiest Vermont sunsets over the snowy Lake Champlain, which is always the best. #nofilter

This weekend we have some Restaurant Week plans, a few errands to run, a season of House of Cards to catch up on, and Bruins tickets to Sunday's game against the Red Wings. It should be a nice relaxing weekend at home and that's sounding pretty perfect right about now. What are you up to this weekend?
And here are some fun Friday links!

  • February was like a friend you don't want to invite anywhere.
  • Something beautiful amidst the most brutal winter.
  • A cozy Vermont cabin blanketed in charm.
  • Twins that look nothing alike!
  • My kind of March Madness. Starch Madness
  • Cat island!
  • Ellen meets with Tim, the first winner of Ellen's Design Challenge, to set the record straight.
  • The 30 most influential people on the internet.
  • I wish they had amazing flea markets in Boston like they do in CA so I could find gems like this

Have a great weekend!
